WS Utils is a general-purpose collection of enhancements for the authoring and publishing experience, compatible with both structured and unstructured FrameMaker. Its current functionality is focused on graphic management, including:

A new utilities palette for sizing, rotating, shrinkwrapping, and more

Graphic Utilities Palette

Application of profiles for instant graphic reconfiguration, including the automatic configuration of newly-imported graphics
An audit feature that allows you to compare graphics in a file system with documentation source files, in order to determine what graphics are referenced and where

As an added benefit, some functionality of WS Utilities is exposed through the FrameMaker API, available for automation through other API clients or third-party scripting tools. See the User Guide for more information.

WS Utilities is available as a trial version, which is fully-functional on the sample files provided and has limited functionality on any other files.

Note that while WS Utilities is currently focused on graphics management, it is poised to grow into other areas. If you have ideas, please let us know.
